LEARN TO SPEED SKATING
for beginners
This very successful program offered through the Lightning Speed Skating Club is a 5-week program for youth who are interested in the sport, but not yet ready to commit to the full season. Skaters participate in 2 session per week on Tuesdays at POCO Ice Rink & Sunday’s at Planet Ice Coquitlam.

FEES:
First time registration – $275.00;
includes:

$250.00 ice fees & coaching for one 45 minute sessions per week; plus speed skate rental, if desired. (Skaters in this program are required to wear gloves and a helmet.)

$25.00 Speed Skating BC Association registration (mandatory membership and insurance for skater and one parent)
Participants in LEARN TO SPEED SKATE who wish to join Lightning Speed Skating Club after a program will have the fees they paid applied to full membership & full season skate rentals.
